A footnote style, requested here: https://forums.zotero.org/discussion/62377/is-there-a-way-to-put-springe r-basic-into-footnotes#latest
Also cleaned up the delimiters/suffixes from other Springer Basic styles.
Sorry for missing this.
Publisher requests that only items not already cited in full in footnotes appear in bibliography
