redesigned macro URL: now if record has defined URL and DOI, than in bibliography is printed only DOI.
(Note: this functionality is not working for articles - it seems, that Zotero don´t read item URL for all three types of articles - mayby it is Zotero´s bug)
Macro "doi" is not used, but for yet I don´t delete them.

Wow, URL for articles not a bug of Zotero, that is My bug :-) I have not checked "include urls of paper articles in references"

Do I still need to merge this, then?

@libora

Yes, this commit makes output of bibliography accurated to ISO 690. I think, that it can be merged to all iso690 styles, not only in czech.
