Fixes #4870 , uses the provided SetThreadExecutionState function to keep display and system awake while a game is being played.

Thanks for this PR! Got one minor minor nitpick here. Lets make a function called PreventOSSleep and AllowOSSleep and put the two #ifdefs inside those. My reason is someone might want to do the same for mac/linux someday, and it'll be instantly clear where they should add it. Other than that, looks good to me
