Server hard to find under Basic. Also link errors in lb-vserver and errors and missing info with server reference pages.

The "add server" and "add service" command references are hard to find. They should be in the main menu or linked to by the items that use them such as LB Vservers.

Also none of the links work from this page "https://developer-docs.citrix.com/projects/citrix-adc-command-reference/en/latest/lb/lb-commands/". For example, this link is for lb-vserver: "https://developer-docs.citrix.com/projects/citrix-adc-command-reference/en/latest/lb/lb-commands/lb-vserver/"

Also the server page "https://developer-docs.citrix.com/projects/citrix-adc-command-reference/en/latest/basic/server/" Synopsis does not appear to be correct; Name is missing and there is an @ sign instead of proper notation stating [IPAddress | domain]

Also the server page does not mention how the IPv6Address flag works when using DNS resolved name.
