Provide a way to send response object from file instead from citrus-context #121

Including the response message for citrus:server in citrus-context makes the file to become painfully long and comprehensible. There should be a way to send the response object by directly reading from a file:

public class MyFileResourceAdapterImpl extends StaticEndpointAdapter {
    public Message handleMessageInternal(Message message) {
        return new DefaultMessage(context.replaceDynamicContentInString(*fileContent*), messageHeader);
