Applications are grouped by City departments.
The City Clerk's primary task is to function as the corporate secretary to City Council, ensuring that all Council Agendas, Minutes of proceedings, resolutions, decisions, voting, records are recorded, documented and certified.
As well, the Clerk's Department is responsible for the management of corporate records, the administration of municipal elections, coordinating the corporate strategic plan, the sale of municipal cemetery interment rights, management of cemetery records, and the coordination of civic receptions.
