[ENH] Consider using Rich for progress reporting and feedback in the terminal

With @JoeKarow we discussed the option to use Rich to have a bit more aesthetically pleasing terminal output (relates also to #171) in addition to inquirer we use currently.

How to address this

• Add rich as a dependency
• Please to work on for this is /mango-tango-cli/terminal_tools.

The general output should be presented with the broader group and UX people before merging.

Given that we are adding Rich as dependency (see #166), I started playing around with terminal_tools to see how we can plugin rich.console and rich.table. I paste some quick and dirty outputs below and I think it would be worth adding in to revamp the aesthetics some.
