Ugh, this one is embarrassing:

Or(Or(a, b))
RuntimeError: maximum recursion depth exceeded while calling a Python object

The problem is that whenever ExprOr.__new__ finds a single argument, it returns the argument. Unfortunately, if that argument is the same type (Or(Or(...))), it incorrectly calls the constructor. Herp-derp.
