Change Variable str() from a[1][2][3] to a[1, 2, 3] #91

This will probably break a bunch of unit tests, but I think it's time to get consistent on this one.

Implement issue #91
Previously, the string representation of a variable with multiple
indices would look like `a[1][2][3]`.
Ever since implementation the farray data type, it's more consistent for
these to be displayed as `a[1,2,3]`.
