Chronological view of comments

It would be nice to have an option to view comments on papers in forwards chronological order. I have a hard time understanding a discussion when I have to read it backwards. Ideally, I think this would be both a toggle-switch on each paper's page, and a user configuration option that would set the default on all pages.

By the way, it occurs to me that there is also a difference between comments and replies. It would make sense to me, for instance, to sort comments in reverse order, but replies to an individual comment (which are more likely to be a linear discussion) in forward order.
