Make the build reproducible #18
Whilst working on the Reproducible Builds effort we noticed that sybil could not be built reproducibly. This is due to it using the current build year in the documentation. This patch uses SOURCE_DATE_EPOCH instead. This was originally filed in Debian as #944782 . https://reproducible-builds.org/ https://reproducible-builds.org/specs/source-date-epoch/ https://bugs.debian.org/944782 Signed-off-by: Chris Lamb <email@example.com>
