Before posting

Please follow the steps below and check the boxes with [x] once you did the step.

  • [X ] I checked the issue tracker for similar issues
  • [X ] I checked the changelog if the issue is already resolved
  • [= ] I tried the latest Clementine build from here
Installed today (april 18, 2016) in Ubuntu from ppa:me-davidsansome/clementine

Note: Clementine new version was installed on top of official ubuntu repository 1.2.0 version (with gstreamer0.10 installed to be able to play wma files).
Library was rebuilt.

System information

  • Operating System: Ubuntu 14.04 64 bits
  • Clementine version: 1.3.0

Expected behaviour / actual behaviour

When cross-fading is activated (all checks on, 1000 ms, 1000 ms), all tracks end unexpectedly after about 80% to 95% of their indicated length (that's more than 1000 ms). No fading occurs. Play jumps to the next track.

When cross-fading in not activated, tracks play to the end, as expected.

Note : repeat mode "Intro tracks" also does not work properly.
I don't know what the expected behaviour is. What happens if that tracks are played until about 75% to 85% of their indicated length (whether cross-fading is activated or not).
This maybe related with the cross-fading bug described here.

Steps to reproduce the problem (only for bugs)

Does it every time.

More tests:

I uninstalled completely Clementine + erased the configuration folder ~/.config/Clementine
I rebooted the computer
I uninstalled gstreamer0.10-ffmpeg
I installed Clementine (same version from the ppa)

By default, cross-fading when autoplay is not active. Tracks play normally to the end.
I checked cross-fading in all situations.

Bug is the same as before (jump to next track before the end of current track), except that cross-fading does occur.
(also behaviour of "Intro track" repeat mode is the same as before.)
