According to https://developer.mozilla.org/en/XUL/toolbarseparator ,toolbarseparator "is functionally equivalent to a normal separator but some themes may apply a different appearance." A toolbarseparator currently uses a vertical bar to separate the toolbaritems.

Toolbarspacer elements, by contrast are " A space between toolbar items." which makes them similar to toolbarseparator elements, but without the visual bar.

Consequently, toolbarspring is the same as a toolbarspacer with flex="1".

Toolbarspacer or toolbarspring are needed in the use-case where you want two toolbarbuttons at opposite ends of the toolbar, which happens frequently in most UIs.

Leave the implementation of this one to me. I'd rather people looked at issue #93, which is more to do with code than simple copy-and-paste! :-p

I have commit these two new elements. However, issue #93 is still valid! Please reopen it!
