When logging in then logging out/restarting/making adjustments to themes, my login forms are missing when trying to log back in.

I still haventt figured out what makes this happen but look into your config json and remove the password: false section.

I changed the password property to have a default value of true. Maybe this will make it work.
Essentially when you initially setup calipso if the password property is unchecked the form will not have a username field. There might be more to this, however.
