Core: Confined (non-root) administration roles #17

  • Unprivileged admin & audit users
  • admin:
    • will be able to edit some files in the state configuration folder (none for now)
  • audit:
    • can read all system logs (group systemd-journal)
  • Accessible:
    • over the network: using OpenSSH & key based auth only (over IPsec only will come later)
      • Remote root access for debug
