Merge Tzotzil (San Andrés) and Tzotzil (Zinacantán) into Tzotzil #52

The two datapoints for Tzotzil (San Andrés) and the three datapoints for Tzotzil (Zinacantán) should all be merged into Tzotzil.

In addition, Tzotzil should be linked to ISO code [tzo] and to Glottocode tzot1259.
