twm is no longer used so its files and .twmrc only polute the launcher folder.
Lets keep launcher clean for easier development.

thanks for the PR
twm will remain since clockworkpi decided to use it in the first place then because of the GPU driver was broken at that time , so twm temporary been replaced with dwm.mod
but now the GPU(lima) driver has a better performance now and We tested that under HDMI it'll work ,too
so in the next update , twm will be back
and I am very sorry to reply so late
