only put test/clj on :test-path in project.clj. fix busted type

inference test. comment out repl test - spews errors.

The file-info test worked fine when tested locally, but it spews errors because of something that got applied after I tested it. Coincidentally, piggieback shows the same behavior when you start a cljs repl, so I don't think I'm doing something special.

I'm suspicious of this commit, and reverting it indeed fixes the problem:
