Some notes on when specials forms are special. More accurate claims on hygiene and gensyms.

I'd keep updates to the list of special forms and move everything else to a separate section at the end, say, "Specia Forms In Detail". The initial section is an intro that supposed to only mention special forms but not go into every gory detail possible. |

I've tried to be more explicit and detailed about compiler special forms.
Some parts have been tweaked to IMO better describe Clojure approach to hygiene.
Interested to hear if these changes align with the tutorial, which already has an "advanced" label.
