It it possible to set up a Raspberry Pi as a WiFi repeater. You will need both the internal WiFi and an external USB WiFi adapter.
This could be useful when deploying many WURB units for example along a commuting path like a river. Then it is only necessary to let one WURB to be near a mobile WiFi network (or directly connected via the Ethernet cable.)
