A healthcheck would enable us to programatically restart the container incase of any failure

Try this:

    healthcheck:
      test: ["CMD", "cloudflared", "version"]
      interval: 60s
      timeout: 20s
      retries: 5
      start_period: 10s

Perhaps just having a flag to cloudflared tunnel diag that will return fatal if ERR exists (eg, --error-on-error). Not that with the current container latest --no-diag-logs --no-diag-network is needed to silence errors; then the above would work.
