Add Routes to Integration Tests for Services #812
Description
Currently neither system nor user provided services have integration tests for route-related functionality. A simple test on the user provided side gives the error CF-ServiceDoesNotSupportRoutes(130006): This service does not support route binding., so some additional configuration of the test environment may be required.
