… runs, to take advantage of user settings. Closes #16

By asking for the title, we don't have to worry about escaping quotes or other shell-interpolation issues relating to punctuation. Additionally, non-word characters are stripped from the title before it is used in the filename. Signed-off-by: cloudhead <email@example.com>
- Removed default task as it doesn't pass a title arg. - Run 'rake new["My Article Title"]' to specify an article title. - Arg must be provided with no space between 'new' and '' - Rake -T shows how to call the task. - Abort if no title is provided. - Strip whitespace, downcase, and sub spaces for hyphens (-) in the title.
