Provide a link to View Activity from the Manage User page

From the User Management page on which users are listed and can be searched, we can get to the Manage page for each user, and to the User Activity page (very unintuitively, this is via a hyperlink on the Display Name). But there's no route from the Manage page to see the Activity without returning to the list page first.
I think we can improve this simply by adding a "View Activity" link to the Manage User page (/useradmin/useredit) which leads to the /useradmin/useractivity page for that user.
I'd suggest this could go near the top, perhaps after the UserId.

I'm not 100% sure exactly what you mean here so I've done the following:
On the User List page I've given a title to the link to View User Activity:

On the user edit page I've made the View User Activity link more obvious:

Finally, on the user activity page I've made the link back to the user edit page more obvious:

@markidox on the last of these, I was thinking a link to Manage User. No need for hyperlink "Back to..." really - browser back adequate for that, no?
And I'd like to see the other proposed changes before we fully commit, but all seems to be in the right direction!

@CrispinF So that link "Back to User Edit" does go to the "Manage User" screen, not a problem to change the name of the link to "Manage User" or whatever.
Perhaps need a quick discussion on this as I'm unsure what other changes there are on this ticket?
