Allow passing configuration-system-properties to derby #87

It should be possible to configure derby-properties (which are usually passed as system-properties) in the config file.

It is not trivial to pass them as system-properties, because the local server is a separate JVM. Hence, passing system-properties via -D... to the main JVM does not always reach the actual JVM which runs derby. This is at least the case on a typical subshare-client and hence this issue is needed for further analysis of subshare/subshare#74
