Release v0.3

This release is necessary to match changes in the keycloak-wsfed module which affect one of the overriding classes in this module, as well as modifications in the GUI.

Release v0.2

This release contains two modifications compared to the v0.1:

• Dependency on existing keycloak code is reduced, as duplicated classes that did not serve any purpose have been removed
• Group policy is now supported for SAML and WSFed
