A holding place for Clowd's personal rift datamining tools
src/extract_patched_files.py requires Python 2.7 for Windows to run. Execute this script AFTER you have downloaded a Rift PTS Update.
You will have to modify src/download_recent_patch.py to set the glyph log directory and output directory.
