Description

See #1330

Changelog

Itemize code/test/documentation changes and files added/removed.

  • Add a flag to GeoMapper so it can be initialized with 2019 or 2020 census data.
  • Move data files into year specific subfolders
  • Update geo_data_proc with a year variable.
