The
covid_case_death_ratesdataset is used heavily byepipredict. A very similar dataset is used by the correlation vignette inepiprocess, but includes earlier dates. To avoid having to store both datasets, create a patch dataset to add to the existingcovid_case_death_rates. Save under a new name for use inepiprocess.Also update
