The guidelines are basically the same as in issue description. It doesn't matter a lot how would you formulate it, as long as it has the same meaning. The only thing, I wanted to do with this is to clarify things a little bit.

What about solving it partially, like adding the most common things that are not 100% obvious to the FAQ, like "What issues can I work on?".…

I think there is value in explaining what the labels are for, and what they meant. I don't know what the previous attempt at this look like. Could anyone point me to it? Was there a PR?
IMO having a table / list of all the labels, and a brief description of the purpose would be useful.
