Create Ceph documentation and links to upstream Ceph documentation for the CobaltCore documentation #5
Description
The CobaltCore documentation lacks any mention of Ceph. The docs/architecture/index.md page should contain a brief mention of Ceph, and a link to a docs/architecture/ceph.md page that itself links to the Ceph upstream Architecture page.
