Installation Nomadpi

Hello NomadPi
I've tried installing Nomadpi several times now.
Unfortunately I can't get any further. The installation keeps aborting.
Error message:

First of all: thanks to your amazing work!

It seems that your installation script doesn't work anymore (./start.sh). I tried with an 4B_4GB / 4B_8GB / 5B_4GB and different SD-cards
The error is always the same with pip3 install:

Do you have any solution? I also tried to install the pip3 manually but in my way it didn't work.

@dfbuux hi Fabian and sorry for the slow response time, I haven't touched this project in a while as I'm busy building the physical van this will go in :). I tried a fresh install this evening and ran into your same issue. I then made a couple of changes and got it to work again. Please try running the following:

cd /home/pi/nomadpi
git pull
./start.sh

Please understand that, given I haven't touched this in over a year, it's likely that other things will need upgrading. Let me know how far you manage to get and thank you for trying this out.

After I tried to install as the things were, it runs into errors (probably due to the manual tries before). After a clean install it worked, even though there were some issues:

For the first steps, it's enough to work with. I might get to use it later.

I don't know if this project is still alive.
I found a solution to make the water sensors work from the Vanpi Boards. But i only tried with the Vanpi HAT.

The HAT has only 2 sensors and the Board then has 4.

Here's a final script to run in a docker container:
