Fix skew issue

关联pr cocos2d-x-lite:cocos/engine-native#1889
项目中用到skew属性的同学，可合并该pr和cocos2d-x-lite关联pr
合并engine的pr后，请执行npm install(只需执行一次)，然后gulp build，最后重启编辑器。
cocos2d-x-lite 的 pr合并即可，无需额外操作。
