Android MoveBy stutters after upgrading to 3.17.1 #19270

MoveBy stutters after upgrading to 3.17.1. There was no stuttering with cocos2d-x 3.16.

  • cocos2d-x version: 3.17.1
  • devices test on: Samsung Galaxy S6
  • developing environments
    • NDK version: 18.1.5063045
    • Xcode version: N/A
    • VS version: N/A
    • browser type and version: N/A

Reproduce Steps:

  1. Create a new cocos2d project
  2. Design resolution is 750x1334 and portrait
  3. Modify HelloWorldScene.cpp
auto sprite = Sprite::create("HelloWorld.png");
sprite->setPosition(Vec2(visibleSize.width / 2 + origin.x, 1200));
auto moveBy = MoveBy::create(5.0f, Vec2(20.0f, 20.0f));
sprite->runAction(RepeatForever::create(Sequence::create(moveBy, moveBy->reverse(), nullptr)));
this->addChild(sprite, 0);

Stuttering only occurred in Android, iOS was okay.
