Selenide adds proxy server to browser even for Configuration.fileDownload = HTTPGET #393

If Configuration.fileDownload = HTTPGET; is set, Selenide should not

  1. start its own proxy server
  2. start browser with this proxy server

currently it doesn't allow using Selenide 3.9.* in cases where tests server (where selenide proxy server is started) is not available from the server where browser is executed.

Fixed in Selenide 3.9.3 and Selenide 3.10
