Story

As a Jira administrator I want to grant all Jira administrators default global permissions on all customfields.

Acceptance Criteria

  • Setting is off by default
  • Security and Authorization is heavily tested by BDD Integration Tests and Unit Tests
  • Global Settings are now cached for Data Center performance across cluster.
    • maxEntries(1).remote().replicateSynchronously().replicateViaCopy().expireAfterWrite(15, TimeUnit.MINUTES)
    • Cache type is cluster

  • Testcase: Jira Data Center with two nodes. Changing Setting on Node1 should immediately change Setting on Node2 and vice-versa.
