Opening a closed space does not mark the space as opened.

1. Open the Spaces window (or the Space Switcher)
2. Choose a Closed space and open it

Result:

• The Spaces window left-hand lists do not update. Space still listed under "Closed spaces".
• The Spaces Switcher shows the space as not-bold (closed).
• Note that the window's popup has the correct Space name.
• Also note that the extension's DB shows the space is "active" in the sense that its windowId is set.
