Add sunspot_test gem to manage the solr instance for the test suite #58

After setting up a local environment, running bundle exec rake spec yields test failures because solr isn't running for the test environment.

Potential solutions:

  1. Add to instructions: run bundle exec rake RAILS_ENV=test sunspot:solr:start before running tests
  2. Add a check to spec_helper to verify if solr is running for the test environment [Stack Overflow example]
  3. Add sunspot_test gem support to manage test solr process automatically

This implements option 3 ^

Looks like the target changed on this. This looks like a good addition - can you update so it merges cleanly?
