Issue Description

Will add the solution of the 1143 leetcode problem .

Suggested Change

I will add the solution along with the explanation with examples also provided there . Will provide the code in all the major languages .

Rationale

This will increase the no of solutions in the repository . Helping the users get a vast range of questions .
