Show the count after the title in Taxonomy column #628

WordPress already shows the count in the Taxonomy overview page.
Make it available through an option.

Alternative, show count in inline edit dropdown and in the filter dropdown

We already have the Taxonomy object available so we can use $term->count without any performance penalties.

Reopend and moved to Admin Columns 4.1.
It turns out the the post count will give some unexpected results when a taxonomy is used for multiple post types. We have to improve this feature even more so only taxonomies with count for a specific post type are shown.
