Overhaul of master module #5

The master module is a mess. It needs to be overhauled. A few new features:

  • Class to handle slave network connections
  • Better interface with slaves (mongo?)
  • Improve interface to web
  • Slow control interface

Calling this closed as of 52e4976. Master module not 100% perfect but much more lightweight and extendable. Also now inexorably tied to web interface and mongodb backend.
