wsrep_sst_mysqldump sets general_log and slow_query_log to OFF and does not restore them #108

in scripts/wsrep_sst_mysqldump, SET GLOBAL GENERAL_LOG=OFF is issued always, but restoring the value back to its original state happens only if [ $WSREP_SST_OPT_BYPASS -eq 0 ]

To reproduce, remove the SET GLOBAL from suite/galera/t/mysql-wsrep#33.test and run it. MTR will complain that the test ends with values for general_log and slow_query_log different from the ones it started with.
