Update project with latest Henkaku (11) and vitashell (1.94)
- Update codebase to Kotlin
- Update minimum SDK to 14 (required by libraries)
- Add version to main screen
- Update dependencies
- Remove autogeneration, just serve the precompiled files (using 192.168.43.1:8080 as server)
- Remove WiFi server, only use AP
