accessing keyboard shortcuts using '?' #309

Background

Codetree has a ton of useful keyboard shortcuts to speed up and simplify interactions within Codetree. However, currently you have to go to an external article to see a lit of those shortcuts

Solution

make the shortcut options available within Codetree by pressing ? (similar to GitHub)
