Everything we do is transparent, unless it needs to be secret (such as clients' projects). What you see here on GitHub, is who we are and what we do. When we engage with a client, we work together here on GitHub or in other online tools.

Levels of engagement

You can engage as a coder, designer or consultant at various levels:

• Hangaround: not actively contributing, but curious about opportunities
• Fresh Recruit: done less than three small freelance assignments
• Regular: continuous small freelance assignments
• Native: long-term larger assignments
