Previously, each change to a file triggered the zipping and uploading. If multiple files were created/modified in quickly, it would send a request for each one (i.e.: compiling with mvn package). Now, it waits for more files before triggering the upload.
Patch selected is the one that fixes the issues with the let's encrypt expired root cert
