Cleanup and Standardize

Cleanup of all my Java games I have converted to date.

1. Cleanup of code to be as standard as possible across games.
2. Formatting correct.
3. Comments accurate
4. Standard directory structure.
5. Consistent coding standards.
6. Removal of files that should not be in the repository e.g. IDE specific config file, etc.

Moving forward, I'll convert existing games in this way for easy of merging.

there is a conflicting file, .gitignore so I can't merge.

That's a weird one, not sure what I did, can you delete this file? I cannot resolve it from my end. The file doesn't need to be there. Or let me know what I need to do to fix it, as I am pretty rusty on git.
