Gen 4 Team Page Update

This pull request introduces the addition of "Gen 4" to the team structure, including updates to the generation dropdown menu and the team data file to incorporate new members and their details.

Updates to Generation Options:

• Added "Gen 4" as a new generation option in the dropdown menu within the Team component (app/Team/page.tsx).

Updates to Team Data:

• Expanded the team.json file to include "Gen 4" as a new generation entry with a description (app/Team/team.json).
• Added detailed information for 12 new members of "Gen 4," including their roles, images, and social links (app/Team/team.json).
