If I'm doing something that keeps switching the graphics (such as launching a few different OpenGL games), it keeps all the notifications in the notification center thing on the side, and only gets rid of it when I manually clear it. I would prefer it if it either never appeared in the list but still had the pop-up (like with Finder's improperly ejected disk notifications in 10.9) or have it only keep the most recent notification (like with iTunes' changed song notifications). I don't know how easy/possible this would be, but it would be really nice.
