Added ViewAngle, ViewPitch and ViewRoll.

  • These are purely cosmetic offsets to the player's current angle/pitch/roll, not affecting the player's true aim and movement direction.
  • Includes three absolute flags: ViewAbs<Angle/Pitch/Roll> which makes the implied orientation absolute.

Maybe it’s something obvious but why are new members duplicated in player and player pawn classes?

The player view can change at any time, so this is done to remember what the player's view values are whenever the camera comes back.

I've decided I'll merge this one into QZDoom over the full view angles first just so some of it can get in a little quicker. I doubt I'll be finding much help with the portal problem at any rate, sadly...
